OPERATION PATTERN AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC:
1.Adopts siemensPLC
2. Adopts Siemens transducer.
3. Adopts text display operation numeric control.
4. Has a separated hydraulic pressure station,superimposed style compositive hydraulic pressure system to control 6 sets of sumpspumps automatically and simultaneously,making all rollers pressure come to the best status together efficiently.
5. Put electromagnetic clutch and arrester in a same roller,photoelectric switch controls automatic friction feeder systems with correct speed
6. Computer enacts air pressure system’ s work cycle to control the paper feeder with exact anchor point and correct timing.
7. The glue is electrically fed by machine, and it keeps the glue lever steady automatically.
8. 2 sets of press roller are both set by camber rocker bearing.
